With your help, Rusty can raise money needed to provide health care and hope to our neighbors in need.
Rusty Surette is an award-winning news anchor who has worked in a wide range of roles including news anchor, reporter, executive producer, photographer and editor at TV stations across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Las Vegas.
He's now the 6 and 10 p.m. news anchor and executive producer at KBTX, and has received numerous awards and recognition for work and was awarded the 2017 Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas Spirit of FOI Award.
Rusty currently serves on the board of several non-profits including Health For All, Project Unity and the American Red Cross. From 2010-2012 he was the Regional Director of Communications for the American Red Cross in Oklahoma City and was sent to several natural disasters across the Southeast United States as a member of the national deployment team of public affairs officers.
